Question: What is this lump on my neck!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
ok i was feeling my neck and i just relized this LUMP on my neck and its soft and its starting to hurt and im kinda worried do any of u know what this could be!.!.!.!.!?!?!? please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its likely a myofascial muscle knot which is painful because it's a muscle spasm type situation and it can be massaged out!. It's very common to have in the neck because we hold a lot of tension and stress there!.
Try getting a massage and do slow circular motions on your neck!.!.!. stretch your neck out where the knot is and rub the knot in small circular motions which will likely be painful but can also help decrease the pain!. Appllying firm pressure near it can help!.!.!.!. look up myofascial neck trigger point and trigger point release and you will likely find ways to help release the knot!.
The only time to be really concerned about a knot or lump is when it's there and it doesn't hurt and than grows or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
