Question: Anyone know how to fall asleep when spouse snores really loud, need help desperately!?!!?
I have trouble falling asleep every single night!. Spouse is able to fall asleep alot faster than I can!. The snoring makes it extra hard so I have to resort to tylenol Pm every single night!.

First of all, you should talk to your spouse about seeing a doctor!. He could be suffering from sleep apnea; it usually causes extremely loud snoring and falling asleep rather quickly!.
I have the same problem and that is the case!. What I usually do is either use earplugs (which work fantastically) or exactly what you're doing, only instead try SleepMD which is safer and natural!.

Ear plugs for you!? Or maybe suggest that your spouse invest in "Breathe-Right" product!.!.!. They have sprays and these band-aid looking things for your nose, available OTC in any grocery store or pharmacy!. If none of that helps, suggest that your spouse go to the doctor, because snoring could actually be causing a much greater problem, such as sleep apnea, or decreases in oxygen levels at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put some ear plugs or sound proof earphones and an ipod listen to music!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
