Question: Will Tylenol Simply Sleep help me STAY asleep or just FALL asleep!?
Lately I have not been able to sleep for longer than two hours in any one sitting!. I am tired enough to sleep, and can usually fall asleep without difficulty, but I am having trouble actually staying asleep!. Will Tylenol Simply Sleep help me move into a deeper sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will help you fall asleep and stay asleep!. However, it sounds as if you need to see a doctor and be tested for sleep disorders!. Do you snore!? What keeps you from falling asleep!? Have you ever had a history of sleep apnea!? These are all possible underlying issues that may be keeping you from getting the sleep that your body needs!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I can't sleep I pop 4 Advil it usually gets me to go to sleep, and I don't wake up till the next morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
