Question: Why did i almost black out after working out!?
ok, this is what i did!. played basketball for 40min!. practiced on sprints for 8min!. 40pushups then like 100situps!. i pushed myself really hard on those and afterwards it was like after every step i took my vision became blacker and fuzzier!. i was gonna continue and workout but couldnt nemore!. i felt like i was gonna just throwup!. the weather was also really hot at the time!. what happened!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like heat exhuastion on the verge of heat stroke!. When something like this happens you need to go and get into the shade, slowly drink some cool water- sips of it or sucking on ice helps!. get a cool cloth and put around your neck to help cool down your body!. Go indoors and lay down and rest!. Take it easy the day after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
