Question: How can you cure a torn muscle!?
I was 2 inch!. from doing the splits today in WYW rehersals and all of a sudden I hear this tear and I feel pain in my calf-right under my butt!. One of the adults in the show said that if there is a bruise than it will be a torn muscle!. So when we were on our 5 min!. break I went into the bathroom to look and there it was, the size of a kiwi!. I just need to know how to fix it quick before the show starts-which starts on the 15 of July!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

U need to give it rest & time!. Use compressive therapy supports to improve circulation for better healing & reduce the risk of re-injury when u start rehersals again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is no miracle cure for a torn muscle there partner!. The only thing you can do is stay off of it untill it heals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
