I use a product called carmax, it comes in a little jar and it's medicated, so it actually helps heal, I find that if I use it too much it'll dry my lips out even more, but twice a day is not bad
I've used other products and this one is the best, you can get it in a tube or stick now, but it always came in a jar, if you use Vaseline that shouldn't be any problem
It tingles a little when you put it on, but it stings if you peel your lips, and that keeps me from peeling them because if your lips are not too bad your see a difference with just one use and if you peel them that damage is a little deeper
Try not to lick your lips that helps too!
You can find carmax or carmex, not sure on the spelling and since it's summer I don't have any around, but you can find it at Walgreen's it's kept with other products of same kind and sometimes on the pharmacy counter
Try it you'll like itWww@Answer-Health@Com

eeewww!! dont pick it!

believe it or not, i find chewing gum and blowing bubbles with it keeps my lips soft!. every time i have bubble gum my lips are lovely afterwards!

try it, it really works!

also, to keep them smooth, exfoliate them gently with a soft toothbrush, then put some vaseline on afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try other types of lip care, such as Blistex!. If it's really bad, then perhaps see a doctor!.

Just think before you start peeling them: this is going to hurt in a few minutes, and I'm going to be sorry I peeled them! Are you peeling them because you are bored!? If so, occupy yourself - get out of the house and do something to take your mind off peeling them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
