Possible surgery?!

Question: Possible surgery!?
i'm getting my feet x-rayed tomorrow for the bones in the back of my feet!.
my foot doctor said there's a possibility i may have something wrong with the bones, because they stick out!.
if i get surgery, when i start eighth grade this september i'll be on crutches!.
i'm kinda scared, because the school i go to has a ton of stairs!. it's going to take me a while to get up the steps!.
does it hurt to get a foot x-ray!? how do i have to stand / sit / lay!?
any other tips for foot surgeries are appreciated, and crutches tips are appreciated too, thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
x-rays dont hurt at all!.

They'll ask you to lie down and pull up your pants (i'd reccomend wearing sweats or scrubs) , then they'll put your foot on a spongey-foam type thing and position it in differnt angles to x-ray it!.

I'm sure your school has an elevator, they'll probably also let you leave class a few minutes early, so you dont have to face the crowds, and they usually send someone else with you who has the next class with you or by you!.

You can make your crutches cute! Girls and Guys at my school always try to decorate them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

xrays dont hurt!. and your school should have an elevator!.!.i think its required actually!. youll have to get a special pass to ride it tho!. and for the crutches i see a lot of people put towels or some sort of extra cushion around the part that goes into arm pit!. and im not sure how it well be taken but laying down sounds like the best way and most reasonable way to take it!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

x-ray do no hurt =) but i htink they will sit i think depends on the kind of the machine!.!.!.si more likely to lay in ur back =) i dont know anything about crutches sorryWww@Answer-Health@Com
