Why am i always this unbelievably tired?!
Question: Why am i always this unbelievably tired!?
Lately, i've been waking up at around 8:00am, eat breakfast, and find the strong urge to go back to bed!. Often until around 1 or 2 in the afternoon!.
I get nothing done this way, and my day seems like a waste!.
Why is body acting this way!?

You might try switching from trazadone to Ambien!. That only lasts about 6-7 hours!. Many people complain that trazadone gives them a hangover, and that might be why you want to go back to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It seems like if you really need that sleeping pill, to reduce the dose to 25 mg!.
Quitting the drug, will take 7-10 days to leave your body!.

I suggest you greatly to give up your pills!. Seek other methods of getting to sleep, maybe think of the good things in your day as you snooze off or try yoga to achieve inner peace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
