You can go to the store and pick up a bottle of "after sun gel" it will ease the pain and it might help it go away!. A trick i use is put it in the refridgerator so the next time you need it, it will be cold and cold things will feal good on sun burns!.

P!.S!. if your skin is realy burnt, it will form little bubles like goose bumps but biger!. They contain water and you can scratch them so they pop and you will start pealing!. If you dont scratch them they will pop too, so you can scratch it and so it peals fast or you can leave it alone and let it peal for a wile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some Tylenol!. Also!.!.!.you can get after sun lotion from the store!. (I like the banana boat cause it smells good!.) It contains aloe to help heal the burn, and also lidocaine to help numb the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take some tylenol or ib profen ( Sp!?!?) take a cool shower but not too cold!.!. then put tons of aloe vera on it!! it really helps and cools it!. i just had a severe one a few weeks ago and i did this but be careful if it is too bad you will want to see a doc!.

and make sure you keep putting lotion or aloe on it bc it can hurt in peeling also!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
