How can I wake myself up?!


Question: How can I wake myself up!?
Lately it seems that no matter how much sleep I get- I still feel tired!.!.
I want to go paint right now- but I feel as if I just don't have the energy to do anything!.!.I feel exhausted- but I got more than enough sleep!.
I can't take any energy drinks, and I don't have any coffee around the house- How do I get motivated to do things!?

I know how you feel, I am not doctor so I cant tell you what may be going on!. To me it seems that lately you have been very down and stressed, and this could maybe be causing you to feel more tired!. I have felt this way also because of my sleep patterns and the fact that my bed causes me to have back pains that wake me up in the middle of the night!. If you are going to bed at odd hours everyday, it could be messing with your sleep still, and no matter how many hours of sleep you get, you will still feel tired!.
I also have been tired because I am a vegetarian, and dont get enough protein, so maybe you need to get some protein drinks, because maybe you are not getting enough protein in your diet considering you are vegan!. So try that out, and make sure are eating all the right foods!. Being a vegan is hard, and I am very jealous that you are able to:D

What gets me going when I am tired like that, is exercising!. Even though I am so tire, I force myself to get up and when I workout, it wakes everything up and then I dont feel so tired!.

So try that, and make sure to be eating lots of protein and make sure to go to bed and the same hour everyday!. I know that protein drinks usually are not vegan, but I am sure that you can get protein in lots of tempeh and tofu!.

I hope all works out, and try to not get so stressed, and if your family or guy friends are stressing you out, then take a walk to get away from them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seems to me one of two things are going on!.

1!. You are physically exhausted!.
In this case, stop eating so much!. Your mind and body still remain very active while asleep!. Doing things such as dreaming, and digesting, respectively!. If you are physically tired, like the feeling you get after five hours heavy exercise, then you need to stop eating so much in the day, and perhaps exercise more!. The latter will have a two-pronged effect, as a proactive measure to make you healthier and less tired in the long-run, and a reactive measure, because anything that gets your blood flowing will make you more awake (ever heard of caffeine!?)

2!. You are mentally drained!.
This is probably the case if the above doesn't apply to you!. There can be many causes for this, and without a proper diagnosis, you won't know until you figure it out yourself!. You can rest assured in knowing that mental exhaustion is entirely self-inflicted!. You can try taking a nap, and if you are not feeling better afterwords, you may be suffering from a mental "block!." I use such a vague term because this can be anything from a simple lack of enthusiasm exaggerated in your brain to a point where an actual long-lasting feeling has been triggered, to a heavy depression!. Chances are some alone time with your eyes closed (or open, whatever works for you!. the formal term for this is "meditation"), reflecting on your life will cure, or at least expose any mental problem you may be having!. You may want to consult a professional if nothing above works!.

Go see a doctor!. You might have mono!. I felt like a zombie for 9 months and finally went to the doctor and found out I had had mono for the past 9 months!. It's nothing serious just makes you feel totally exhausted!. You can get it from simply drinking after someone!. You can get meds that make it go away!. Once you have mono it will never be completely out of your system but i don't think you can have the effects of it again once it's treated!. I'd go the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem!. I stopped eating alot of meat!. I only eat it 3 times a week and its not red meat!. I also don't eat anything after 8pm, I can't sleep if I ate something late!.

I know exactly how you feel!.

Walk everyday for 30 minutes and you will get your heart rate up again!. if that doesn't work!.!.!.!.!.go to a dr!. hope it helps!.
by the wa, if you do this you'll see results in about a week or so!. So don't get discuraged!. This is the healthiest way to get you system back and running!. Medicine will make it worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
