Can anyone who has sholder problems help me?!

Question: Can anyone who has sholder problems help me!?
A few months ago I can't really remember how long ago I think maybe in April I had my elbows holding me up and right elbow slipped out from under me and I heard a pop in my sholder, and the next day it hurt pretty bad to move it in certain ways!. The pain went away so I didn't think anything of it, it would come back periodically, but it would go away!. Well the pain is a little more consistant now it's a mild pain but its all day everyday, and worse at night!.
Do you know what I could have done to it, and do you think I should have it checked out!?
I noticed that there is dent in what I think would be my rotator cuff, and my other sholder doesnt have that!.
Any help is much apreciated thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
There are 4 muscles that make up the rotator cuff!. In order to determine what happened, you will need to have your shoulder girdle taken through a series of biomechanical motions that can only be done by another person to you!. This is the only way to determine what has happened to your shoulder, and what is sprained or, less likely, torn!. I have a suspicion on what happened to your shoulder, but neither of us will know for certain (and therefor I can't tell you how to appropriately fix it) unless you have another orthopedic sports medicine doctor take you through those shoulder motions!. Orthopedic doctors are specialists in bones, joints, muscles, and the interactions between those tissues!. If the pain has persisted on and off since the injury a few months ago it tells me that you never resolved the problem, the inflamation only went away!. A few rehabilitative physical therapy sessions will effectively fix the problem by strengethening the muscles and improving shoulder girdle posture once it is assessed, but you MUST follow through with the physical therapy, otherwise you will not get better (and that means you'll have to do exercises for 15 minutes a day at home for a few weeks, even after the pain is all gone and things feel completely better!.) It will only cost a few hundred dollars but the good news is that it will be fixed for good and you won't have to continue to deal with the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
