I have a really bad foot/ankle injury and I need help from someone.?!

Question: I have a really bad foot/ankle injury and I need help from someone!.!?
I hurt my foot/ankle 3 weeks ago!. I landed on it sort of how a ballerina points her toes and where my leg and foot connect that part kept going down!. It couldn't bear any weight for a couple of days!. But I still have basketball so I've been trying to limp around on it!. It's not getting better even though I don't really play anymore!. My coach is afraid I'll hurt it worse so I've pretty much been a spectator!. It swells on the top of my foot, and it still can hardly hold any weight!. When I try to stand on my toes on that foot, it just won't do it!. It shakes and throbs and it won't go up!. Now it's beginning to hurt on the inner side of my foot by the heel!. It's also starting to hurt around my arch!. I talked to the sports trainer today and he said I probably pulled a lot of tendons on the top of my foot!. But I don't think he really knew what he was talking about!. He didn't even ask me much about where it hurt!. He also said that I probably didn't break anything!. Can anyone help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sounds like you've 'pulled' some tendons & possibly fractured bone(s) in your foot!.

REST that foot!. Try moist heat packs or hot soaks to which you've added one cup vinegar, for 20 minutes!. Then gently massage!. Ask Mom about pain-relievers!. Three weeks is too long; see your doctor about it (then consider Prolotherapy afterward)!. "Prolo" is a great way to strengthen & rebuild injured ligaments!.

Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope you're okay,
The first thing you should've done is go to the hospital because it sounds horribly bad!.The doctors should be able to help you!. You probably hurt your foot/ankle badly!. Your trainer probably knows nothing about medical injuries by how he sounds!.
Hope you turn out okay :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The chances that you did fracture anything are small but it would be a good idea to see an orthopedic doctor to have the ankle examined to determine the extent of the damage!. Most likely its a sprain that will take 4-6 weeks to fully heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not a doctor!.!. sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
