Well if there is stiffness in the mornings, I would guess you might be getting some type of Arthritis, given smaller joints, and bilateral, it could be the onset of Rheumatoid Arthritis!.

It could also be lack of circulation since the outter farthest from the heart parts of the body are the harderst to oxyginate when there is a limited supply due to severe anemia, heart issues, lung issuesa nd this would be painful!. I would think this is less likely to be the cause bit still is a possibility!.

Vitimin deficiencies can cause joint paint And yes viruses/infections can definatly cause pain in the joints and muscles!. I notice you said 'another' which makes me wonder if you had another one that cause pain in the joints or muscles!.

If so, i would really say you should challenge your doctor about what's going on and if you have a rheumatological issue because often virus issues can be from a form of arthritis but also can be the symptoms of the onset of it and shrugged off as just a infection/virus when really it's inflammation and the4 body trying to maange it!. You can get low grade fevers, stiffness, chills, pain from autoimmune type arthrtiis problems like Rheumatoid arth for instance!.

Anyways good fortune!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
