Need sleep! please answer?!


Question: Need sleep! please answer!?
i usually sleep around 6-7 hours a night but i think i may need to sleep more!. im 15 and ive heard somewhere that for my age i need between 9 and 10 hours but some nights i cant get to sleep for a while because i keep thinking and stuff!.!.!.

any advice on how to sleep more comfortably or anything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 15 too!.

Maybe you're not sleeping straight away because you have been on the computer just before or you have been on the phone for quite a while-this is what affects your mind and how quickly you go to sleep!.

It's also been proven that having electricity on in your room isn't too good while you sleep as it keeps you awake so turn off every power point in your room before going to bed!.

I think a lot at night too, I guess you should just try and think of one thing and keep thinking about it until your mind drifts into sleep mode, instead of thinking about a lot of different things!.

Also:
-Eat a banana and warm milk just before you sleep!. This helps!

I have a confession to make!. To help me get to sleep, I sit up in bed and talk to myself!. I get so tired of my own voice I fall asleep!. XD

Seriously!.!.!. that might not help you!. If you aren't afraid of storms, try getting some rain & thunderstorms cds and listen to them at night!. The monotonous sounds of rain actually helps most people!. It helps my brother, and he's a night owl!. He loves thunderstorms!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com
