Question: Why do I have to cough up flem every morning!?
Im 16 years old, 17 at the end of this month!. I dont smoke or do drugs!. I sometimes eat before bed!. I drink alcohol but havewnt had any for ages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If not then yes you're probably just "productive", something that about one in ten people are!. If so, then perhaps you've got a minor respiratoy or sinus infection!. You might be making too much mucus and may need to seek medical advise on the issue!. Air-conditioners can cause it, too many dust mites in the air that you breath at night also could be helping you to be bronchial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some people have more muscous!.!. esp if you have sinus issues and allergies!.!.!. sesonal allergies!.!.!.
