I know you would like a different answer, but kidney stone pain is not easily fixed!. You can try over the counter medications such as Ibuprofen products, as they help with inflammation as well as pain!.
The reason they tell you to drink lots and lots of water is to "flush" your kidneys!.!.!.!.to eventually flush the stone out of your kidney!.!.!.it will pass through your urinary tract if it is not too large!.
One good thing to drink is Cranberry juice (or a cranberry mix)!.!.!.it helps to prevent infection, which stones sometmes cause!.
Warm baths can help temporarily and not staying in one position!. Move around!.
The iimportant thing is that if you begin having unbearable pain, difficulty urinating, or fever, you need to get to your doctor or hospital right away (I understand they don't do visits easily) but this can indicate that the stone is "lodged" and can be an emergency situation!.

Good Luck!.!.!.!.I hope you are feeling better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's a Kidney stone !.!.!. those are incredibly painful and often require pain killers which often don't entirely help the pain!. :(

Water and cranberry juice is really good to help the kidneys filter and prevent infection but mostly you have to wait it out!.

I presume maybe a heat or ice pack would help as well but not sure how much!.

I'm not sure what else would help you for the pain since you can't see a doctor!.

Good fortune!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
