Totally normal!. Pain meds wouldn't help!. If it's no better in a week, see your GP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea, that is completely normal!. When I get several shots in one arm or just one arm, it is sore for several days!. It just the effects of having a virus injected into your muscle!. (horrible, no!?)

I am terrified of shots as well!. I start to sweat, shake, and hyperventilate when I get shots!. I have learned that it is just the needle that freaks me out, so I just stare at the wall from the time the nurse walks into the room with the shots till she is done injecting them!. This helps me a lot!. Try it if wantWww@Answer-Health@Com

The worst that can happen is a BRUISE!.
