This happens to everyone, and trust me, I know its not fun!. You probably slept in a weird position!. Try taking some pain meds, or lay down, put in a good movie, and watch it with a heating pad on your neck!. That always helps me!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You must have slept badly!. Do some neck exercise very slowly turning your neck left, down, right, and back and vise versa!.
