I have been having lower right abdominal and lower right back pain, for 2 days now, I went to my PCP yesterday, and he told me he didn't know what was causing the pain, he took blood, and gave me a referral for a pelvic/abdominal ultrasound, I have to wait a week for my appointment for the ultrasound!.!.!. and I'm still in pain, and I don't even know when the blood results will come in!! What should i do, i really don't want to wait a week or more to find out whats wrong!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be all three as stated above!.
Gently press the area where you feel pain on the lower right abdomen, does it hurt when you release your hand!? If so, this is very indicative of appendicitis, emergency room asap!.
Does your urine come out as a light clear yellow without pain!?
If you have cloudy, odorous urine or pain urinating you may have a UTI or kidney infection!.
Without test results its hard to say, but keep us informed as to your condition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also could be a kidney infection!. Did they take a urine sample!? This should have been done along with the blood work!. If no infection comes up on the blood test or urine test then they will want to do an ultrasound on that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try taking some over the counter pain relievers!.!.!.!.like advil or tylenol!. Also try using a heating pad on that area!. It sounds like you might have an ovarian cyst!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
