My ankle hurts and i dont know why????!
Question: My ankle hurts and i dont know why!?!?!?!?
ok my ankle started hurtin yesterday and i thought since i have strained my ankle 50+ times that maybe that is what is was but it hurts more than anyone i have ever had , i noticed it hurt more this morning when i was swimming, it dont look swollen, but it looks a little browninsh and redish, whats wrong with it!?!?!? It hurts even when i have it up and not toughing anything why!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

first, thanks for that awsome answer lol!. about your ankle!.!.!.!. im thinking you sprained it!. iv broken enough things to know that it would be really swollen!. however that doesnt mean you didnt fracture a minor bone!. that could hurt pretty bad!.!.!.!. it would help if i knew how you hurt it!. youu might wanna take some time out and go to the emergency room for some x rays!.!.!. better safe than sorry!.!. hope you feel better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may have some tendinitis or arthritis in your ankle!. And if you're overweight at all that could cause some joint pain as well!. I've had numerous ankle injuries!. I've got some extra pounds on me and I notice after certain workouts or just after a long day it hurts more than usual from the beating!. And even when I'm in tip top shape I've got arthritis in it anyway so there's just days that it throbs and hurts all day!. If it's not swollen or severely bruised I wouldn't worry too much about it!. Just give it a little rest and if you want try icing it!. Put ice on it for 20 minutes!. Then remove for 20 minutes and ice again!. Repeat 3 times!. Any inflammation that may be on the inside that could be causing some discomfort will be eliminated and that might be the only problem!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
