Cramp where!? How often does it come and go and you need to find out the source of the cramp and why it keeps coming there!. Maybe you are low on potassium, magnesium or sodium!. What helped me with my constant cramps when I was active was gatorade and bananas!. They worked like a charm, but you really should have this checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

increase your potasium in take !. Eat bananas , drink plenty of fluids !. Water , Gatoraide cut in half with water!. No soda or energy drinks the caffeen will dehydrate you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
