Apparently, if your levels of HDL (good cholesterol) are low this can lead to memory loss!. See the reports in a web search for "low hdl" + "memory loss"!.

um im pretyy sure having a Niacin daily like a Niacin supplement i would say like 200-500mg of it daily wil help try that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I say get some things that can excercise your brain!. They have one game out, I forget the name of it but it helps you to re-learn things you know and to learn things you don't to reduce your loss of memory!. Eat fruit!. I know you're vegan so it's harder to choose things for them since you eliminate more than a regular vegi!. does!. Good luck though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
