The best way to deal with the pain of a torn or pulled muscle is simply rest!. Of course hydration, ice, ibuprofen, (be sure to make sure you aren't allergic to it though) compression, and elevation all help too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best thing to do is to do rehab on your muscle such as exercises that will help that muscle!. you also want to heat& ice muscle which will help it heal a lot faster!. And also dont overdo it and try to do physical activity that would make it worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
