You might say "yuck" but Vinegar!. It works the best and may not smell so great but the question you have to ask is do you want to smell nice going to bed or get relief and sleep :-) You can shower in the morning but it works and will take the pain away!. Just soak a washcloth with it and lay it on your skin all over wherever your burned!. Watch that sun, I was out on Labor Day and got a third degree burn that I just had surgery on a week ago Thursday!. My sun days are for sure over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

aloe vera works wonders for me,
its what i used when i had 3 degree burns from the sun
get the aloe vera tht is orange-ish looking and smells yummy!.
and also burn spray will help, its the spray you can use when you get cuts and scrapes, it works with sunburn too!.

Sounds like you're going to have to tough it out!. I hate that stuff with lidocaine, it makes me peel!. I use the clear almost 100% aloe on my skin every day whether or not I'm burned!.

Next time - wear sunscreen! I always put oil free SPF 30 on my face, neck, and chest if I'm going to be out in the sun for a long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
