Question: How many calories do you burn having sex!?!?

If you are worried about calories while you are having sex!.!.!.!.you are missing out on a lot!!!!!
150 cals!. for about 30 minutes of sex is a good close approximatation!. Guys burn more!. However, if it is really physical where your heart rate is up there, then of course you will burn more (250 cals!.)
Sex is similar to walking for about 30 minutes!. Unfortunately, it is not the same as going full throttle on an eliptical machine for 30 minutes!. (500 cals!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
