I know how you feel I live in sunny Charleston, SC and I just got over a 2nd degree burn on my legs, happened about 2 weeks ago!.
Make sure that you elevate your feet above your heart!.!. lie on the floor or on the couch and put your feet up for about 20 min at a time!. This is going to help the blood circulate!.!. Also, per Dr!., DONT use vinegar!.!. it doesn't put moisture back into your skin, which is key!. I used Avenno Daily Moisturizing Lotion, every 30 minutes, its amazing how dry your skin gets from a major burn!. You want to make sure that the skin is constantly lubed up, you want it to feel greasy!. Make sure what lotion you decide to use is fragrance free!. Don't soak the foot in HOT water, you want it very tepid!. Try a oatmeal bath, it helps draw out the swelling and makes your skin soft too!.
Also, drink LOADS of water or Crystal Light, avoid pop, it contains sodium that can hinder your foot from going down!.
Umm, make sure that you DO NOT wear Flip Flops or any shoe that will expose the skin of your foot, no matter how hot it is!.!. I have to use SPF 55+ now because my skin has been damaged like a burn victims!. I even have scars!.!. The best bet is to visit the Doc and see what they recommend!. Take it from me and don't wait a week for massive blisters to show up!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it sucks!. I got a bad burn my third day in Hawaii years ago and spent the rest of the time indoors!.
Soak your foot in cold water, maybe throw a few ice cubes in to keep it really cold!. don't put ice directly on it though!. After soaking, pat it dry and put aloe vera gel on it!. Get the purest you can find!. It will still take a few days to stop being painful but the aloe will speed recovery time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel so sorry for you!. If i were you, i would put an ice pack on it(they are mostly found at target for a low price) or go to a spa and see how that affects your foot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
