You need to be more specific about the type of pain and where it is!. I use DMSO for my arthritis pain, in the knees, elbows, joints, and it works!. I was 30 and had serious knee pain, and I used the DMSO, and the problem went away for 3 years, till I gained too much weight again!. You can get DMSO at a feed store, and the only reason they won't sell it in drug stores is a certain marketing lable has to be put on it!. This stuff Works!

Massage your shoulder and arm use a little machine that vibrates or just ask someone to massage your arm and shoulder it helps me alot for my legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
