Question: Does getting your cartilage pierced hurt!?
im getting it done this week at a local tattoo shop but im very scared!!! and i dont know which side to get it on!.!. everyone says get it on the side you sleep on less!.!. but i sleep on both sides!! any help on the pain or common side!.!. im thinking right but im not sure! It depends on where about you are thinking of getting done!.
Cartilage in you lower ear hurts for a little while but it's not too bad and the pain is over with pretty quick then you have a slight burning feeling for about an hour or so then all over!.
If you are thinking upper ear!. Well I got this done a little while back and that hurts more than the lower ear and for much longer!. I was in pain for weeks but once it had healed and I was able to change the earing I was fine!.

of course its going to hurt, its a needle going through your ear!.
but it doesnt hurt that bad, its completely tolerable!. if you have your earlobes pierced, its that same pain, just lasts a little bit longer!.
and get it on your left side then, its most common, if you wanna be like that!.
