Why do I feel like I am dizzy once I get out of the shower?!
Question: Why do I feel like I am dizzy once I get out of the shower!?
I felt really dizzy after I got out of the shower!.
I took a very hot bath, the ones that it steams up

Sounds like maybe you are taking a hot shower or bath!. You see, when the temp gets hotter than your body then your blood vessels get bigger (vasodilate)!. So when you get out of the shower or bath and the temp goes quickly back to the bodies norm, you have a quick shift of blood from the vessels causing a constriction (vasoconstriction)!. Nothing to worry about unless you were to actually pass out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
once i had that problem too!.it's the water temperature all you have to do is take a bath or shower with the cooler water! hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
