What do you guys do to get a good night sleep without taking sleep aids?!


Question: What do you guys do to get a good night sleep without taking sleep aids!?
i really need advice with this!.!.!. I have a problem were I cannot sleep and it is driving me nuts as well as my hubby is sick of hearing about how i do not sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A combination of eating healthy, getting regular excercise (maybe something like yoga for any kind of stress problems), and a regular sleep schedule makes a big difference!. If that doesn't do the trick, you could go to a health food store and try out some natural relaxation tablets (no side effects)!. They worked for me in the past!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I go in!.!.!.put bubble bath in a warm bath light some candles!.!.sit in the tub and play my favorite game on my cell phone!.!.I get out!.!.!.go straight to bed in my favorite PJ's !.!.!.cover up with my nice blanket with the air conditioning going!.!.!.and pop in a nice movie or if Im really tired!.!.!.Just turn off all lights and go to bed!.!.!.Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I do have the same problem as yours!.!. but i found out that listening to old songs and other songs played by radio at night keeps on whirling your mind until you got sleep!. Try it!.!. its really effective!.!. Taking pills can possibly harm your immune body system as well as your memory capacity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you said you don't want to take sleep aids, but Tylenol PM (or generic) works well if you change your mind!. Exercising (in moderation) is a good way to relax yourself so you can sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try closing your eyes and not speaking sometimes it works!But if that doesn't work try thinking of stuff while closing your eyes and that will help you fall asleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a Yoga video and do it about one hour before bed then take a warm shower!. That should help!. Sometimes when I take a Yoga class I can barely make it home I am so relaxed and sleepyWww@Answer-Health@Com
