Why can't i throw a baseball anymore? Do i have the yips?!

Question: Why can't i throw a baseball anymore!? Do i have the yips!?
Hello!. I just finished Freshman year in high school!. I play baseball, and absolutley love it!. I used to have a really good arm, but in the middle of baseball season, i fell in gym class, it hurt really bad!. I landed on my shoulder and it felt like it seperated!.
It stoped hurting within two days, but every time i threw a baseball, i was in agony!. Despite being in pain, i contiuned to attend practice!. I played with pain!. About a month later, i was no longer in pain, but now i cannot throw at all! This happened in early
April!. It is no mid July and i still can't throw!. When i throw, my arm does this weird sidearm thing where it moves across my body and people tell me i look weird when i throw, but i also feel wierd! I can no longer throw hard, or far, or on target! I am deeply embaressed by this!. Is this the Yips!? Or is it just some medical problem!. I deeply appreciate your help!. Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You may have severely damaged some of the tendons or cartilage in your throwing shoulder, and then throwing with pain may have done some nerve damage (the brain knows it was hurting, so the nerves can get rewired in extreme cases)!. Whatever happened, it sounds like you didn't let it heal!. Even MLB players get 2-3 months off when they hurt their throwing arms!. This sounds important enough to see a doc, get an MRI, etc!. Hope it's not too bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
