Question: I feel sick after sports day><!?><!?>!?
Hello Evedryone
On friday it was sports day and i was in a realy race for my team!. [[form]] And i ran 4 my life in it!. We came first!. I had run my fastest!. On saturday morning i woke up with pains in my legs and ankle!. I felt woozy!.The bones between my legs were hurting!. Then saturday night i woke up from bad stomach pains and i got all sweaty!. My stomach was paining really badly!.I slept it off so the pain went away whilst i was sleeping!. Now today i feel all achy and went i stand i feel dizzy!. I feel faintish!.On saturday all i ate was a cookie 4 breakfast!. Buger + chips and had a few sips off my sprite!. It couldnt have upset my tummy as it was also hurting before i ate the food!.
What do i do to stop me from feeling sick

I would suggest just drinking lots of water, and rest!. If I go to the gym, and I dont hydrate myself properly beforehand, and during my work out, I feel so sick, and have made myself sick as well a few hours later!. Dont do anything strenous for the next few days, and drink a lot of water, and just rest!!! Eat a balanced diet!.!.!.burger, chips, cookies and sprite doesn;t sound like the best things to be eating!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is normal!. Maybe it is not even to do with the sports day, could just be a coincidence!? A tummy bug or something!?
Even if it is the race that has made you feel ill then you can't do anything about it, it will go soon enough ad I bet it was worth it if you won =D

You caould have had anything with your chips except that!. In fact I'm surprised you don't have a sore bottom as well!.
