Sometimes a fracture won't show for a week due to the swelling of the tissues around the injury site!. Your Doctor may have a hunch that it is broken, even though the x-ray is negative at this point!.
Bear with the cast until your Doctor is sure!. Better safe than sorry!. It would be worse to have to reset a break a week after your accident!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, he will not!. He will send you for X-rays and treat you in accordance with the report sent back from the X-ray tech!. If it is broken, you will most likely be fitted with a temp cast until you can get to see a specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A Doctor is unlikely to put your arm in a cast until an X-ray has been done!. He will put a cast on if it broken!. If it is not broken he may put you in a support bandage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
