My friend broke her collar bone nearlly one year ago!. She took pleanty of pain killers and keep it still for about 5 days and in a sling!. Also tell your brother to take baths instead of showers as it will be easier to wash and easier to keep the sling dry!. Also make sure he sleeps with 3 pillows so that it wont be to much pain when sleepingWww@Answer-Health@Com
