Question: Takes me like 45 min!. to fall asleep!. I am 13!.Any Ways to fall asleep faster!?
I am 13 and it takes me forever to get to sleep!. Almost an hour!. Drinking warm milk doesn't help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a dream machine, it's a little machine that plays different relaxing sounds (ocean, rain, train, etc!.) And i turn it down quite low so i have to focus on it to hear it!. It always puts me to sleep!. If noise isn't your thing, then maybe you need a sleep mask to block out any light coming from alarm clocks, vcr clock, etc!.
If you have a massager try rubbing your legs and arms and shoulders to relax yourself!.

they say the scent of lavender calms you down, so maybe try lavender lotion at bedtime, or take showers at night instead of morning!.!.!.the warmth and clean feeling should help you feel great and want to bed down and relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to sleep at the same time every night, and make sure you get 9 hours of sleep!. Don't eat before you sleep as this can keep you awake!. This is also with soft drinks and any heavy drink which may contain caffeine!. Focus on falling asleep rather then tossing and turning and waiting for fall asleep!. It takes an average person 7 minutes to fall into a slumber!. You could also try having a hot shower as you feel comfortable with the warmth of the water, this will make you feel drowsy and you should have no problem sleeping!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For example, one I like to think about is cuddling up next to my guy (you could use your mom or whoever) and really imagining feeling all of the sensations of his scent, his breaths, being warm, being comfortable!. learn to meditate, i can fall asleep some times in less then a minute it really pisses off my wife!. some times i fall asleep so fast she does not know what to think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 minutes is considered average!.

45 is practically average!.

uhhh this is happening to me too and iam also 13 so just get relaxed in bed i listin to music to fall asleep or wacth something boring on tv before bed uhh idk any else becuz i end up sleeping around 2-3 AMWww@Answer-Health@Com

If i want to fall a sleep faster, I close my eyes and take very deep breaths!. eventually i fall asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
