Question: I felt like I was going to pass out!.!.!.please help!?
PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING!
So today I felt like I was about to pass out!. I have no idea what happened!. It seems like a blur to me, but I'll try to explain as best I can!.
So, I was at church today and I was feeling just fine for a while!. Then all of the sudden, I started feeling really tired and weak!. I didn't sleep very good last night, but I'm always tired in the morning so I didn't think anything of it!. But I was really really tired, and this feeling came on very quickly!. I started to get very warm and sweaty!. I felt like I had been outside in the blazing sun for a while!. I became pale, and my eyes and face lost color!. I stood up to get water, and when I did I felt a little shaky and my vision became a little fuzzy and I started to see things darker, and with less color!. It's really hard to explain how I felt!. It was almost like I was confused!. Time seemed to move a little slower!. and I was trying to say things, but It just wouldn't come out because I was feeling so weird!. HELPWww@Answer-Health@Com

Thats what happend to me before i passed out but if you didnt faint then idk whats going to happen to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

I get this a lot, and it is because I have very low blood pressure, so at random moments, i feel like that!. If you go to a doctor they can check if it that quite easily!.

Also, It's quite common for girls to feel like this at that time of the month!. Not sure why, but it happens!!

Either way though, don't worry, these things happen, it might happen again, but like I say don't worry just stay calm, and if you can, lie down flat on the floor/bed/etc, because it helps your blood to circulate properly, and the sensation will go away quicker!.

Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be dehydration, in which case electrolytes are useful!.
It may be adrenal exhaustion in which case it is a complex matter and if it goes on for long, it may be chronic fatigue syndrome!.

http://mycfsrecovery!.com and

http://rationalmd!.com have some info that may give initial pointers!.

It may as well be a thyroid condition that is causing problems with body's energy levels and cognition!.

It could be hypoglycemia or low blood sugar also!.

It could be an issue of blood pressure also!.

You should always check with your physician to get proper diagnosis and course of action!.

Hope you feel better!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you happen to have a fear of death that overcame you or tingleing sensation on the back of your neck/shoulders!? The reason I ask this is because some of what you discribe sounds like a minor anxiety attack!. Being dehydrated can also cause allot of this as well!. There had been times when I have gone out of the house without anything to eat and while I was driving I started to feel nausiated and light headed followed by fealing as if I was going to black out!. Some times the feeling that you have to use the bathroom comes on very rapid as well!. In general the hot flashes can be taken care of by a cool cloth or by sitting right infront of an AC!. It's hard to tell what exactly is going on!. To know if your dehydrated check the color of your urin next time you go to the bathroom!. Any time you have a yellow tint to your urin it's time to take in a quart of water at a minimum!. When I served in the Marine Corps this was how we checked ourselves to make sure we had been hydrated!. It's a time tested self exam that works!.
When your body is not hydrated it will try to swett so it can cool itself down!. Without the water intake you get that cold clamey feeling as it takes moisture from every part of the body it can get it while raising your body temperature up!.
If you do have the other things I mentioned along with this like the tingleing or sence of death and even the thoughts of loosing your mind that can be a direct result of anxiety which is still nothing to worry about!. Anxiety is natural for us to have!.
In many people they tend to have an over active adrenaline gland that releases the chemical out of no where but as I said, it's nothing to worry about if this is indeed what you are dealing with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
