Question: Sleep walking and talking!? Please help!!?

so I've been sleeping talking for forever! Thats not really the problem!.
I just started sleep walking! A few weeks ago I walked onto my neighbors front porch!! Thats FREAKY! And dangerous! And some nights I wake up confussed about where I am!
is there anything I can do!?
