Doc's Plz !. Would Capoeira affect my hyper extentive joints ?!
Question: Doc's Plz !!. Would Capoeira affect my hyper extentive joints !?
I have hyper-extentive joints in my elbow & hips; which is basically that i can naturally over extend them (my elbows can go a little bit more than 180 degrees)
As a result the joints are more sensitive or weaker than average and after last night's capoeira class my elbows & knees are aching a little
Now, would capoeira negatively affect my joints or are they just hurting from training (like, getting tougher by time)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Probably YES! First you need to see a Doctor who will then send you to a Physiotherapist, as he will have diagnosed Hypermobility!. Until then I really suggest you do ZERO!
I have hypermobility, due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and I only exercise with Classes that are run by qualified Physiotherapists and aimed at people with the same medical problem!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
