I'd give it a few weeks !. This sort of thing is completely normal after being exposed to loud sounds!. I doubt there would much permanent damage (at least noticable), but if you make a habit out of going to concerts you'll probably end losing the ability to hear higher pitches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may take a few days to a week, but it will go away on it's own!. If it doesn't go away within a week, call your doctor and make an appt!. But when this happens, it almost always goes away eventually!. I don't really think there's anything you can do about it until it wears off!. Next time don't sit so close to the speakers, or get some earplugs to dampen the sound because if you do this enough, it can damage your hearing permanently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is the first sign of damage to your hearing (I know you didn't want to hear it, but there is deafness in my family and I make sure that I always protect my hearing by not listening to loud noises and wearing ear protection when I cut the grass, for example)

Good Luck, I hope it isn't permanent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why!? What if it does last forever!? You people crack me up - you ask a question and then give guidelines for what answers are acceptable!? What the hell!?

It will go away in a couple of days!.!.!.!. of course, so will a little of your hearing!. Your ears are ringing because you damaged them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's happened to me, and I've chalked it up as the price you pay for a loud show!. Never had ringing last longer than 3 days at the worst!. I'm not as fond of shows or clubs as I once was!.!.I'm not keen on going deaf or developing tinnitus!.
There's nothing to do for it as far as I know except wait for it to go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. you have damaged your ears by exposing yourself to such loud music!. It will clear up (probably) in a day or so!. Concerts do cause lasting damage to your hearing and you should avoid concerts unless you want to be deaf when you get older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to a doctor and have them check it out!.
