Question: I have to small holes in the back of my throat!.!.!?

wtf is dattt !?!?!? is it bad or serious !?!?!? or is it juss normal and it will go away with or without medication!.!.i have 2small holes da back of my throat!.!.dey cant be noticed!.!.unless i look at dem closely in da mirror!.!.dey dont hurt at all!.!.but wat da f**k are theyy!?!?!?
