Answers:
here are a few options for you

aloe vera cream
you could take ib profin or other another anti inflammatory to relieve any swelling and ease the pain a bit!.
or if you are blistering try patting some milk on it with a cotton ball it works very well!.

here is a more indepth description of how to soothe your burn which i got from http://www!.squidoo!.com/relievesunburn
!.
) Aspirin - You may not have thought of it before, but that pain and redness you're experiencing is you're bodies immune system reacting to what it has deemed to be "damage"!. What that means is more blood being supplied to the surface of you're skin leaving it flush and warm!. That's inflammation!.!.!.aspirin is an anti-inflammatory!. Get it!?

2!. Noxema (yes, the stuff for your face) - Again, I know, a little strange!. But this is by far the number one thing I am aware of for getting an amazing and immediate "cooling sensation" for your skin!. Just rub some on, but not all the way in, and feel!.!.!."the cool"

3!.) Milk or Yogurt - I admit, this is a strange one!. However, I've been doing this for years with a mild to moderate sunburn!. My mother started this with me when I was younger, and it really is incredible!. Works great with the shoulders (nasty part to get sunburn on)!. Run to your refrigerator right now, grab some yogurt and dab it on!.!.!.see!? Told you so!.

4!. ) Aloe Vera - Albeit this is an obvious one, it is extremely useful!. That's probably the main reason it is an obvious one!. Aside from helping that nasty burning feeling you have, it will also help in another way!. When you have sunburn you're outer layer of skin (epidermis) is literally starving for moisture!. That means every time you stretch that sunburned skin of your's, it is going to hurt more because moisture is the biggest reasons you're skin is so "stretchy"!. Ever see what happens to the elasticity of a rubber band after it's been in the sun!? Same principle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aloe-Vera is used for the best treatment, put it on at least 5x's a day while you have the sunburn!.
Also try wearing really lose clothing, any cloth touching the skin to tightly will cause inflamation around the skin which can make you appear even more red!.
Another thing I would do is put on a light moistrizer with anti-ageing in it!. Like Mary-Kay facial moistrizer, just use it on your entire body!. This will not irritate your skin from smells or to harsh of a lotionWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure how bad your sunburn is, but if you have blisters, don't pop them!

Most people use Aloe, but it just doesn't work for me!. If you're just looking to take the pain away!.!.!.!. try pouring vinegar over the burns!.!.!. you we smell for awhile, but it will take the sting out (and the skin ripping in half feeling) away!. My dad also told me that using tea bags (soak them in water, then soak them on your skin) will do it!. I haven't tried it, but he normally knows what he is talking about!.

Once you've gotten the sting to go away, I normally use cocoa butter or vitamin E to put moisturizer back into my skin!.

Best of luck to you!. I feel your pain, I burn through almost every sunblock out there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

aloe vera will soothe the burn but add about a cup of vinegar to your bath water and soak for about 45 minutes!. This will pull the burn from the pain out of your body and then your won't even need the aloe vera to soothe it!. You can even dilute some vinegar with water and place on a towel!. Put the towel where ever the sun burn is and leave it there for about 30 ti 45 minutes!.!.!.!. you should get the same results!. Good luck and I hope that helps!. I know for a fact it soothed mine and took the burn out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have fair skin like mine!. My skin is they same way!. No matter how much sunscreen i put on, i can't avoid the burn!. I would buy some Aloe Vera Cooling Gel!. Get the minty ice blue or green kind!. It soothes, and moisturizes your skin instanlty!. Also, you can buy Bannana Boat After Sun Lotion to help moiturize and relive the aching tension in your burned skin!. You can also take a cool bath!. Throw in some good smelling bubbles or salts to help relive the ache!. While laying around, take ice packs or towels drenched with freezing water and lay them on your sunburn!. That helps alott!. You can also put towels under water then freeze them!. Once they are frozen, lay thme on your burn!. But in the near future if you are ever outside, use Bananna Boat SPF 75!. It is th emost effective for me!. Good luck! Hope I Helped! ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
