See your doctor!. Any sudden pain in your head could be a sign of many different but serious problems!. If it is "just a migraine" you will eventually need to see your doctor on an emergency basis for pain relief!. Its better to let her/him know now so they can evaluate your situation better!. Also, start keeping a journal of things you eat, chemicals you are around, weather conditions/changes, stress factors, horomone changes, when the headaches occur and the severity (pain 1-10 with 10 being the worst)!. If you are having migraines, keeping track of these things will help you define your migraine triggers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes the heada che you are expierencing may be caused from strain in your neck (my mom is a chiropractor) take a cold compress or ice pack and put it on the very bottom of your head kinda were the neck meets in and lay down for a bit but wrap the icepack in a towel so that it isnt too cold, the ice will get rid of your headache and also relieve the muscle strain in your neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you probably had a migraine!.!.!.!.you should DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, WATER, and get some rest!. This could be due to stress, etc!.
