Oh don't worry your not any vampire! You just happen to be a victim of the snowball effect! Lets say one night you stay up a little bit later than normal!. Then the next night you do the same!. Then the third night you cant fall asleep so you stay up even later! This is all because your body has gotten used to falling asleep later!. There are two simple ways to fix this problem! first way is to stay awake all day and all night, then go to bed at the time you origenally wanted!. The second way is to try to tier yourself out during the day so that you will fall asleep closer to the time that would would like! If this doesnt work then you might have a sleeping problem and should ask your docter if there is a sleeping pill right for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
