Achy hands???!
Question: Achy hands!?!?!?
and knuckles
its dully and achy, no swelling or redness
its on both hands
its not an actually pain feelings its just achy i dont have a fever, cold, or anything no flu
i do play a lot of games, and use the computer a lot, no numbness,or tingling
heat seems to to make it feel a little better (i have a heating pad ive been putting on my hands, ice makes it hurt A LOT)
when i make a fist it makes it feel a little worse
i'm 16/female
and i dont punch things!.!.!.and i don't crack my knuckles often should i go see a doctor in a couple days if it doesnt stop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe early onset arthritis or tendinitis!. Lay off the computer and games for a few days!. If your hands feel better, then you have your culprit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like you may have the beginnings of carpel tunnel, slow down with the gaming and typing!. If you have to type consider purchasing an ergonomic key board, and mouse pad!. Take frequent breaks and stretch out your hands!.

If your on the computer too much, and play a lot of games, chances are, it's just cramps in your hands!. Try laying off the games, and computer for a couple days (that doesn't mean go climb a rope, or wall climb), give your hands a rest!. If the heat makes them feel better, keep doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
