Painful Pinched Siatic Nerve. But Still want to work out?? Help?!


Question: Painful Pinched Siatic Nerve!. But Still want to work out!?!? Help!?
I have a pinched siatic nerve, I havent done my daily workout in about 2 months!. So basically, messed it up!. I want to start again, but everytime i do situps, Its painful in my leg!. I can barely do one!. I usually do sit-ups for my abdomen area!. I've been wanting to lose weight for a while and i didn't want to stop!. Any advice or tips on how to keep exercising without strain or pain to get my daily workout back so i can lose weight!?

take it slow for sure, because if you do too much too quickly, it will just flare up again!. but inactivaty is always worse!. best advice if you are still wanting to do crunches or ab work outs!.!.!. use an exercise ball!. it will relive your back from being on a hard surface and ease your back into a proper sit-up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually excercise is one of the better things you can do for sciatica!.!. The main thing is to go slow & stretch as much as you can, both before & after!.!. Try to avoid the excercises that are the most painful (sit-ups or crunches) and start with walking and light weight training!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
