My sleep patterns?!


Question: My sleep patterns!?
I told my doctor that I'm getting 6 to 7 hours of sleep on school nights and she FREAKED OUT on me!. I was pretty scarred!. Any way's I'm 14 years old 15 in September and do do sports!. 2 right now!. I just can't fall asleep early!. Like rigt now it's 1:00 A!.M!. and I have to wake up at 7:00 tomorrow!. Any tips on how to fall asleep and is the amount of sleep I'm getting enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem, hence the reason it's going on 2am for me and I am still awake!. I try to get ready for bed, then lay in bed and read or do sodoku!.!.!.that helps sometimes!. If you like warm tea, that will either make you more awake or, as in my case, it helps put me to sleep!. I also try to make my room cold!. I sleep better when it's a cool night and my windows are open and I have a light sheet on!. 7 hours is okay, but you should try to get 8-9!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you just have too much energy and don't feel tired when it's time to go to bed!?
I'm a sleeper and I don't feel good if I sleep less than 9 hours!. Everyone is different for most people 8 hours is normal!. 7 is okay I guess, but 6 seems a little strange!. Do you drink a lot of caffeine (coke/coffee)!? Some diet pills have caffeine!. All these makes you feeling awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
