Sounds like a very short term of carpal tunnel syndrome!.Your over exerting your thumbs and fingers!.I drive a truck and play guitar and for a year or so my ring and pinky finger started going numb from the fretting on the guitar and on the vibrations of the truck on my elbow(vibrating the Ulna)If you keep going this can become serious,I ended up putting my arm in a sleeve/brace that also included the palm support and after a few months(like 6) It went away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would have to agree with the wolf picture guy! It sounds alot like that carpol tunnel syndrom thing!.!.!.my aunt was talking about it and she said you can get it from the psp somtimes too!.!.!.she said that cause I just got one and she noticed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Every 20 or 30 mins, pause you game and shake your arms out!.
you've proably kept so still that you cut of circilation to you hands!. so just move them around and keep blood flowing!.
