You have not mentioned any contributing factors to your inability to sleep so its hard to advice effectively!. However, physical exercise two or so hours before you go to bed usually helps as your body will crave rest!. If you can combine an aerobic exercise with a swim, then a warm shower, that could help!. Establish a regular bed-time routine and follow it strictly for at least a month & hopefully, if you have no other medical/psychological problems, the problem should be resolved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're messed up your sleep schedule!. So have I, but I got time!. What you need to do is pace yourself back into a comfortable routine!. Try sleeping a half hour sooner every day!. Eat valerian roots and drink an ice cold glass of water!. Make sure that wherever you sleep remains well ventilated and cool, so that you're not constantly finding a colder spot to sleep on during the night!. Don't watch television too much, and don't play videogames three hours before you sleep, because then all you will hear in your head is gunshots (Halo 3) or stuff from the game!. I have insomnia right now!. And I know all of the things I recommended would help some!. If they don't, try something crazy!. Have someone knock you out cold with a frying pan or something at your preferred time of sleep!. I always wanted to try that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
