Question: Is it normal to be tired during the day even with 10 plus hours of sleep!?

You're exactly like me!. I think we all have natural rhythms, and our body knows how much we sleep we need!. Guaranteed that if I don't set an alarm I will sleep for 10 hours to the second!.

This being said, I also do believe that too much sleep can make you just as tired as not enough!. It's almost as if sleep goes in cycles!.!.!.if you oversleep your natural waking point then you go back into a deep sleep and when you wake up from this it's almost as if your body wants to go back to sleep to finish off the cycle!.

Basically if 10 hours is normal for you and you're tired, and it's a regular thing then maybe get yourself checked out to be on the safe side!. But if you've just had a lazy day and got your body into sleep mode by sleeping too much, then there's nothing to worry about! Enjoy a lazy day when you can have one!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea you are getting to much sleep , im like that too!. What always works for me are these herbal energy pills they come in a pink green or blue packet in pill form or liquid form( sorry i dont know the name) but you can get them at any gas station ie: arco, seven eleven any gas station mini mart!. they are like a dollar to a dollar fifty they really work for me , i only take them when i wake up im still tired just to get me going in the day you should try them and see what they do for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

no its not normal ,maybe you need to take vitamins,*c is good and green tea makes you awake*
and another thing,if you eat too much sugars and meat and fat,you will feel that way
cause yoru body is trying to recover from the posion that is comming to it

This happens with more people than you realize! It could be diet, mental, or that we just aren't getting a thick, rewarding rest at night!. To feel better, you could actually cut back on caffeine and try to get more exercise!. Plus, keep your brain awake and aware! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the rest!. Too much sleep makes you tired!.
I'm not sure if that's the problem for you but if you haven't tried it, why don't you try sleeping just 8 hours!. Some people need only 6!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think is normal!. But 10 hours of sleep it could make you tired during the day!. And they always 8 hours enough!. Try setting your alarm so you don't over sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
