My hand is swollen?!

Las night, my right forearm started hurting for no discernable reason!. It was a pulsating sort of pain!. And then my hand swelled up!. My arm stoppen hurting, but my hand is still swollen, 12 hours later!. I'm going to ice it, but I have no ice, so I'm going over to my moms to ice it, and I'll take an ibuprofen or something!. What do you think happened!. I've been having problems with both my hands, feet, and knees, when I wake up, they are stiff, and usually the joints lock up, and its very possible, but after I work them out, they are fine the rest of the day!. Is this related, (I've been to the doctor, but I'm not getting any answers, so I'm in the process of finding a new doctor!.) ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com
